Luxury Properties on 30A has been in the top 1% of all producing agents on the 30A corridor for the past decade. Mike Matz, Brian Beasley and Megan Dwyer utilize a strict “Clients First” Approach which has enabled such success. Our 25 years of representing Buyers and Sellers of Luxury Real Estate has provided us the local knowledge and wisdom to represent our clients in the manner in which they deserve.

Meet Our TEAM

Mike has been a top sales producer since his entrée into the 30A real estate market in 2007 after a successful career in the highly competitive medical device industry. He has owned and brokered a highly specialized, boutique real estate company, Luxury Properties on 30A since 2009 and has continuously remained in the top echelon of sales production. Having been introduced to Engel and Völkers while working in Europe, he has been eagerly awaiting their arrival in the states and is excited about the endless advantages the affiliation will bring to his clients. An ex-collegiate athlete and coach, Mike brings an “uncommon effort” each and every day and is anxious to apply the “global reach” that Engel & Völkers brings to an already successful team. Mike takes the responsibility that his clients give him very seriously and considers it a privilege to able to make dreams come true on 30A.

Brian Beasley serves as the Managing Broker and Senior Consultant for Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches and Engel & Volkers Destin. Brian is a graduate of Auburn University. He began his education in the School of Business and graduated in the College of Science and Mathematics with a Bachelors in Geology. Brian began his real estate career in 2003 as a project manager for residential remodels and as an independent consultant for environmental related issues on land projects. He was licensed as a Broker in 2005 and began work full time in real estate. Brian has set benchmarks in success over the years with numerous awards and designations.  Over the years Brian has closed over 250 transactions.

Megan Dwyer is a Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Volkers Destin. She is a licensed real estate professional with a background in finance, boutique fitness management, and recruiting. Megan joined Engel & Volkers because she was drawn to the company’s ethical history, strong network, and global reach. Often times, the world of real estate can seem complicated but Megan strives to provide her clients with a seamless and fun experience. Whether it is buying a home, selling a home, or looking at an investment property, Megan caters to the needs and wishes of her clients.

Born & raised in Florida, Megan loves all that the Emerald Coast has to offer and is thankful to live in such a beautiful place. Megan is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication.
